This is a postcard. It shows the carousel in all its cheesy glory much better than my pictures ever could. The photographer was John Kueffler, and I'm using it without permission. Shame on me. The caption on the back reads "The World's Largest Carousel. Alex Jordan's crowning glory, an exhibit that took 10 years to complete. This dazzling creation stands 35 feet tall, measures 80 feet in diameter, weighs 35 tons, and sparkles with over 20,000 individual lights. There are no horses, only 269 creatures both real and mythological."
